Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping - United States

Flat Rate Shipping to the continental United States with FedEx Ground or Home Delivery service. Items usually deliver in 5-7 business days.

The Ski Company standard shipping cost starts at $25.00 for boots, helmets, bindings, snowboards, and miscellaneous products.

Standard shipping cost for skis starts at $30.00.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional $25.00 will be added to your order.

We ship with USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and PO Box addresses.
Expedited shipping will be an additional $25.00 charge.

Please email us prior to purchasing with your POSTAL CODE so you may receive a quote for the upgraded shipping cost.

Most shipments outside North America are shipped with FedEx International Priority or Economy, smaller packages may ship with USPS Priority Mail International


Most shipments to Canada will ship with USPS Priority Mail International.
Any duty and/or taxes that may be applicable will be your responsibility.
We require a phone number for all international shipments. We are unable to ship any items internationally without a contact number so FedEx or USPS may complete your delivery.

Please note that we CANNOT mark your item at a LOWER PRICE or as a GIFT.

In Store Pickup

Items selected for free in store pick up will be available within 24 hours of purchase.  Thank you for your understanding.


Returns Accepted

If you wish to return an item due to an error on our behalf, we will arrange to have the item picked up at our expense and have the correct or replacement item shipped to you.

If you are returning an item for any other reason and have received free shipping there is a 10% restocking fee (to a max. of $40.00).

You are required to contact us within 14 business days upon receiving your item. Please include your name, Invoice number, and the reason for return. Once we receive this we will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 48 hours, instructions for returning the product back to The Ski Company will be included. If you return your item without receiving a Return Authorization Number it could be refused.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@skicompany.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
